fa درماتولوژی مبتنی بر شواهد: گزارش درست مقایسه‌ی پیامدها در کارآزمایی‌های بالینی عمومى General مروري Review <div style="direction: rtl">در پزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد، مطالعات کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی‌شده دارای گواه گروهی از پژوهش‌ها هستند که بالاترین سطح شواهد را به‌ویژه در ارتباط با مداخلات درمانی یا پیشگیری ارایه می‌دهند. با توجه به افزایش قابل توجه تعداد کارآزمایی‌های بالینی که در نشریات پزشکی منتشر می‌شوند، لازم است متخصصان و پژوهشگران علاوه بر آشنایی با مشکلاتی که در ارتباط با طراحی و اجرای این مطالعات ممکن است وجود داشته باشند، به نکات مربوط به گزارش درست این مطالعات نیز احاطه داشته باشند. به‌دلیل اهمیت این مطالعات در طب بالینی، راهنماهای مهمی در خصوص طراحی، اجرا و گزارش این مطالعات تدوین شده‌اند که یکی از مهم‌ترین این راهنماها در ارتباط با نحوه‌ی گزارش کارآزمایی‌های بالینی، بیانیه‌ی Consolidated Standards for Reporting Trials (CONSORT) می‌باشد. در مقاله‌ی حاضر مروری اجمالی بر برخی نکات اساسی مرتبط با نحوه‌ی گزارش پیامدها و مقایسه‌ی صحیح آنها در کارآزمایی‌های بالینی انجام می‌گیرد.</div> According to evidence-based medicine, randomized controlled clinical trials are a group of research designs which provides the highest level of clinical evidence, particularly regarding therapeutic or preventive interventions. Considering the dramatic increase in the number of published clinical trials in medical journals, the readership need to have knowledge about the problems that may occur during design and conduct of these studies, as well as about proper reporting of them. Due to importance of these studies in clinical medicine, several guidelines have been developed regarding designing, conducting and reporting clinical trials. One of the most important guidelines which has been developed to alleviate the problems in reporting randomized clinical trials is Consolidated Standards for Reporting Trials (CONSORT).
