fa عوامل مؤثر بر نتیجه‌ی درمان با لیزر جهت رفع موهای زائد: یک مطالعه‌ی گذشته‌نگر تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> در دسته‌ی درمان‌های تخریبی، لیزر موهای زائد به‌صورت گسترده و فراگیر به‌عنوان روشی ساده، کم‌عارضه و مؤثر به‌تدریج جایگزین روش‌های سنتی شده است. هدف مطالعه‌ی حاضر ارزیابی فاکتورهای مؤثر بر نتیجه در درمان موهای زائد با لیزر است.</span></span><br> &nbsp;<span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش اجرا:</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مطالعه‌ی حاضر مطالعه‌ای گذشته‌نگر بر روی پرونده‌ی 122 فرد مراجعه‌کننده به کلینیک تخصصی پوست و مو برای رفع موهای زائد است. افراد مبتلا به هیرسوتیسم و سایر بیماری‌ها در این مطالعه وارد نشدند. ضخامت و رنگ مو، رنگ پوست، تعداد جلسات درمان، سن فرد و فواصل مراجعه سنجیده شدند. داده&shy;ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار </span></span><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نسخه‌ی 21 و آزمون‌های تحلیلی شامل مربع کای و رگرسیون لجستیک در سطح معنی&shy;داری کمتر از 5 درصد تحلیل شدند.</span></span><br> &nbsp;<span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> میانگین سنی افراد مورد بررسی6_/6</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:symbol;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">3_/31 سال بود. میانگین جلسات درمان لیزر 1_/2</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:symbol;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">4_/5 جلسه و حداکثر پاسخ در موهای تیره و در افراد با تعداد جلسات درمان بیشتر از 5 جلسه مشاهده گردید (05_/0></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">P</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">). نتایج حاصل از آنالیز مدل چندگانه‌ی رگرسیون لجستیک چندسطحی نشان داد که تعداد جلسات درمان بر رفع موهای ناخواسته تأثیر بسزایی دارد (05_/0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman;">P</span></span><span dir="LTR"><</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">). مقدار سطح زیرمنحنی راک (81_/0-61_/0) 71_/0 با حساسیت 759_/0 درصد به‌دست آمد. </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br> &nbsp;<span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> بررسی ما نشان می‌دهد که ضخامت مو، رنگ مو و تعداد جلسات درمان عوامل مؤثر در ازبین‌بردن موهای ناخواسته با لیزر است. برای کارایی بهتر لیزر، تعداد جلسات بیشتر با زمان پیگیری طولانی‌تر و منظم‌تر توصیه می‌گردد.</span></span></span> Background and Aim: Among destructive treatments for removal of unwanted hair, hair removal laser devices have widely replaced the old fashion methods due to their safety and effectiveness. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effective factors on treating unwanted hairs with a laser device.<br> Methods: This retrospective study, was performed on records of 122 patients who referred to a hair and skin clinic .Patients with hirsutism or other diseases were excluded. Hair thickness and color, skin color, number of laser sessions, age and sessions interval were evaluated. The collected data were analyzed by compeutering program SPSS version 21, analytic tests chi-square and logistic regression (P less than 0.05 considered meaningful).<br> Results: The average age of participants was 31.3&plusmn;6.6 years. The average number of laser sessions was 5.4&plusmn;2.1 and the most satisfying outcome was observed in dark hairs and more than 5 sessions (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression model illustrated that the number of sessions directly impacts the effectiveness of treating unwanted hair (P<0.05). Level below the rock curve and the sensitivity were 0.71(0.61-0.81) and 0.759, respectively.<br> Conclusion: This study showed that hair thickness and color, number of laser sessions are important factors on hair removal treatments by laser.
