fa طراحی و ارزیابی سیستم اطلاع‌رسانی مبتنی بر تلفن همراه برای بیماران ویتیلیگو مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز سلول‌درمانی پژوهشگاه رویان تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> برنامه‌های کاربردی مبتنی بر موبایل، پتانسیل زیادی برای افزایش آگاهی بیماران پوستی دارند. هدف اصلی، بالابردن اطلاعات مراجعین از بیماری و سلول‌درمانی پوستی و نیز ارائه‌ی اطلاعات مرکز رویان، لیست متخصصین، آدرس و ارائه‌ی کلیپ‌ها و عکس‌های مربوط به بیماری است.</span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش اجرا:</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> ابتدا برای شناسایی اطلاعات، با پرسش‌نامه‌ی محقق‌ساخته، نیازسنجی به عمل آمد. روایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها توسط متخصصین تأیید شد. نرم‌افزار سیستم اطلاع‌رسانی با نرم‌افزار تحت ویندوز </span></span><span dir="LTR">Joapp</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> طراحی و ایجاد گردید. درنهایت، با پرسش‌نامه‌ی استاندارد ارزیابی میزان رضایت کاربران و کاربردپذیری برنامه، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.</span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نتایج ارزیابی کاربران در چهار محور عملکرد نرم‌افزار با میانگین (3_/81%)، صفحه‌ی نمایش نرم‌افزار با میانگین (9_/78)، اصطلاحات و اطلاعات نرم‌افزار با میانگین (1_/68%) و قابلیت کلی نرم‌افزار (8_/82%) و درنهایت میانگین کل امتیاز 7_/77% ـ که در سطح &laquo;خوب&raquo; است ـ ارزیابی شدند.</span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجه</span></span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">‌</span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">گیری:</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> درمان این بیماری با توجه به تنش‌های روانی ضروری و مهم است. به‌علت عدم کارآیی درمان‌های موجود، درمان‌های مکمل برای کنترل بیماری&shy;</span></span></span> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">در حال افزایش هستند. نرم‌افزار فوق با بالابردن اطلاعات بیماران در مورد بیماری‌شان به آن‌ها دید وسیع‌تری می‌دهد و استفاده از این نرم‌افزار خیلی مفید و کارآمد بوده است.</span></span></span> <p>Background and Aim: Mobile-based applications have the potential to increase the awareness of skin patients to their disease. The main goal is to rise clients&#39; information about their skin disease, skin cell therapy and to provide Rooyan&rsquo;s Center informations, specialists list, addresses, presentations, clips and relevant photos of the disease.</p> <p>Methods: To identify the information, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The questionnaires were validated by experts. Information system software was designed and developed using Joapp&#39;s Windows software. Finally, it was evaluated using a standard questionnaire assessing user satisfaction and program usability.</p> <p>Results: Users evaluation in four axes: software performance with average (81.3%), Software display with average (78.9%), Software terminology and information with average (68.1%), the overall software capability (82.8%) and the overall mean score of 77.7% were rated as &quot;good&quot;.</p> <p><div style="clear:both;"></div>Conclusion: Treatment of this disease is necessary and important due to mental stress. Due to the inefficiency of existing treatments, complementary therapies to control the disease are on the rise.
