<span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> زگیلها پرولیفراسیون خوشخیمی هستند که بهعلت گونه­های مختلف ویروس پاپیلومای انسانی ایجاد می­شوند. در درمان زگیل­ها از روش­های مختلفی استفاده می­شود و این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه­ اثربخشی، عوارض و تعداد جلسات درمانی دو روش لیزر </span></span><span dir="LTR">CO2</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و کرایوتراپی در درمان زگیل کف پا انجام شد.</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span><br>

<span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">روش اجرا: </span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">باروش نمونهگیری در دسترس تعداد 70 بیمار (140 پا) مبتلا به زگیل کف هر دو پا مراجعهکننده به درمانگاه تخصصی پوست مرکز آموزشی درمانی فرشچیان (سینا) همدان در سال 1398 انتخاب شدند. بهطور تصادفی زگیل کف یک پای بیمار با لیزر </span></span><span dir="LTR">CO<sub>2</sub></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و پای مقابل با کرایوتراپی تحت درمان قرار می­گرفت. بیماران به فاصله زمانی دو هفته به­مدت 2 ماه از نظر پاسخ به درمان، تعداد تکرار جلسات و میزان بهبودی ضایعه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در موارد عدم بهبود کامل ضایعه درمان هر دو هفته یکبار و تا حداکثر پنج نوبت تکرار میشد.</span></span><br>

<span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافتهها:</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> میانگین سن بیماران 73<sub>/</sub>8</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Symbol;">±</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">11<sub>/</sub>22 سال، 7<sub>/</sub>35% مرد و 3<sub>/</sub>64% زن بودند. در گروه لیزر </span></span><span dir="LTR">CO<sub>2</sub></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و گروه کرایوتراپی بهترتیب درصد فراوانی بهبودی 4<sub>/</sub>81% و 4<sub>/</sub>41% (001<sub>/</sub>0></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">P</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">)، میانگین تعداد جلسات درمانی 86<sub>/</sub>0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Symbol;">±</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">91<sub>/</sub>1 و 69<sub>/</sub>0</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Symbol;">±</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">55<sub>/</sub>3 (001<sub>/</sub>0></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">P</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) بود. فراوانی عوارض نیز بهترتیب در گروه لیزر </span></span><span dir="LTR">CO<sub>2</sub></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و گروه کرایوتراپی شامل درد 7<sub>/</sub>25% و 3<sub>/</sub>94% (001<sub>/</sub>0></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">P</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">)، خارش صفر درصد و 9<sub>/</sub>32% (001<sub>/</sub>0></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">P</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">)، تاول 9<sub>/</sub>2% و 9<sub>/</sub>82% (001<sub>/</sub>0></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">P</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) و هیپرپیگمانتاسیون صفر و 9/12% (003<sub>/</sub>0=</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;">P</span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) میباشد. </span></span><br>

<span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">نتیجهگیری:</span></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;"> لیزر </span></span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">CO<sub>2</sub></span></span><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;">نسبت به کرایوتراپی بهطور مؤثرتر در تعداد جلسات کمتر و با عوارض کمتر باعث بهبودی زگیل کف پا می­شود.</span></span></span>
<p>Background and Aim: Warts are benign tumors caused by different types of human papillomavirus. Different methods are used in the treatment of warts. The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness, side effects and number of treatment sessions of CO<sub>2</sub> laser and cryotherapy in the treatment of plantar warts</p>
<p>Methods: Seventy patients (140 feet) with plantar warts on both feet who referred to the dermatology clinic of Farshchian (Sina) Hospital in Hamadan during 2019-2020 were selected by convenience sampling method. The warts were randomly treated with either CO<sub>2</sub> laser or cryotherapy on each foot. After treatment, patients were evaluated every two weeks for up to five sessions for requirement of treatment repetitions and assessment the extent of healing. In the cases with<br>
non-healing lesion, treatment was repeated once every two weeks for up to five sessions. </p>
<p>Results: The mean age of the patients was 22.11±8.73 years, and 35.7% were male and 64.3% were female. In the CO<sub>2</sub> laser and cryotherapy groups, the frequency of recovery rate was 81.4% and 41.4%, (P<0.001), and the mean number of treatment sessions was 1.90±0.84 and 3.55±0.69 (P<0.001) respectively. Frequency and type of side effects in the CO<sub>2</sub> laser and cryotrapy group was pain 25.7% and 94.3% (P<0.001), itching zero and 32.9% (P<0.001), blisters 2.9% and 82.9% (P<0.001) and hyperpigmentation with zero and 12.9% (P=0.003), respectively.</p>
<p>Conclusion: CO<sub>2</sub> laser is more effective than cryotherapy in less number of sessions and with less side effects for the treatment of plantar warts</p>
