Introduction: Herpes zoster is a common disease in adults that appear upon Reactivation of latent VZV in dorsal root gangelion cells.

Case Report: A patient was a 7 month old boy with vesicular lesions in one dermatom. He has history of varisella, 2 month ago.

Conclusion: Also varisella zoster is rare in children but if dermatomal vesicular lesions was seen in child we should consider this diagnosed.
